Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American journalist for the broadcast industry. She is most well-known for anchoring the CNN morning show At This Hour, Bolduan is an American journalist on the broadcast. Bolduan was also the anchor of CNN's morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is part of CNN's award-winning presidential election coverage from 2012. Bolduan worked as a Washington DC-based congressional correspondent reporting on activities of and around the US House of Representatives and Senate. Bolduan's reporting on congressional activities and other events in her time as a member of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiations to raise the limit on debt for the US, as well as debates by the supercommittee. Bolduan worked as a correspondent for general assignments. She covered such stories as the Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt and the Supreme Court's landmark decision regarding Obamacare. She also covered the government's stimulus plans for 2009. The company hired her CNN Newsource as a National Correspondent in 2007.
