Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. She is most well-known as the anchorperson of the CNN's At This Hour morning show. She had previously been a cohost of the CNN morning programs on weekdays, New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan contributed to CNN's coverage on both the 2016 and 2012 presidential elections. Bolduan also worked in Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan's reports on the activities of Congress and events during her time as a member of the Capitol Hill Unit included the negotiation to increase the debt ceiling for the United States and discussions by the super-committee. Bolduan was an associate reporter on general assignments. She covered such reports as the Christmas Day 2009 bombing attempt as well as the Supreme Court's historic decision regarding Obamacare. She also covered the implementation of government stimulus programs in 2009. She began working for CNN Newsource in the year 2007. As an CNN Newsource correspondent, she was a reporter for breaking news and produced feature reports to over 800 CNN Newsource members. Ealier she worked with NBC News MSNBC and WTVD-TV. She resides in New York City, with her husband and two kids.
